Alexander West Coaching & Consulting

These terms govern your use of awlimited.com and its subdomains (the "Site"), operated by Alexander West Treasure Valley LLC, doing business as Alexander West Coaching & Consulting ("Alexander West," "we," "us"). By using the Site, submitting an application, or booking a call, you agree to them.
The Site
The Site describes our services, including The Bench Program and fractional COO work, and lets you apply and book an introductory call. Content on the Site is for general information. It is not a guarantee of any result, and it is not legal, financial, or accounting advice.
Applications and calls
Submitting an application or booking a call does not create a client relationship or guarantee a place in any program. Program enrollment, pricing, and terms are set out in a separate written agreement. You agree that the information you give us is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it.
Text messaging terms
By providing your mobile number and checking the consent box on our application form or booking calendar, you agree to receive text messages from Alexander West Coaching & Consulting at that number. These messages include appointment confirmations, reminders, reschedule and cancellation notices, and replies to questions you send us.

- To opt out at any time, reply STOP to any message. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed.

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

Intellectual property
The Site and its content — text, images, video, program materials, and the Alexander West and The Bench names and marks — belong to us or our licensors. You may view the Site for your own use. You may not copy, republish, or use our content or marks for any commercial purpose without our written permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site: no submitting false information, interfering with the Site's operation, attempting to access it in unauthorized ways, or using it for anything unlawful.
Third-party services
Booking, scheduling, video calls, and messaging run on third-party platforms. Your use of those platforms is also subject to their own terms.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Site is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, and we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Ada County, Idaho.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top tells you when they were last revised. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
