Alexander West Treasure Valley LLC, doing business as Alexander West Coaching & Consulting ("Alexander West," "we," "us"), operates awlimited.com and its subdomains (the "Site"). This policy explains what we collect when you use the Site, apply to The Bench Program, or book a call with us, and what we do with it.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you submit an application, book a call, or contact us, we collect what you enter: your name, email address, phone number, company name and location, your role, and your answers to the application questions (revenue range, headcount, years in business, and your written responses).

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, the Site records basic technical data — IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and the date and time of your visit — through standard analytics and server logs. We use this to understand how the Site is used and to keep it working. We do not use this data to identify you personally.

How we use it

We use the information you provide to review your application, schedule and hold the call you booked, send you confirmations and reminders about that call, answer your questions, and — if you enroll — deliver the program. We do not sell your information.

Text messaging (SMS)

If you provide your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, we may send you appointment confirmations, reminders, reschedule and cancellation notices, and replies to questions you send us. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance, or email will@awlimited.com.

We do not share your mobile phone number or your text-messaging consent with any third party or affiliate for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties, except with vendors who help us send the messages you agreed to receive, and only for that purpose.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run the Site and our business — for example, our CRM and scheduling platform, our email and text-messaging delivery providers, video-conferencing tools, and website hosting. These providers may use your information only to perform services for us. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

How long we keep it

We keep application and contact information for as long as we have a legitimate business reason to — typically while we are evaluating an application, working with you, or for a reasonable period afterward. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below).

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from our emails using the link in any email, opt out of text messages by replying STOP, and ask us to correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing will@awlimited.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

The Site and our services are for business owners and their teams. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top tells you when it was last revised. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
